Shipping Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All items are posted from Margate Beach, QLD, Australia via Australia Post.

Please note, as we operate from a regional area, shipping may occasionally be 1–3 business days slower than metro areas.

Some of our products are made-to-order, with a standard production timeline of up to 10 business days for cutting and sewing your garment. Once produced, domestic shipping typically takes 1–3 business days. International shipping times vary and are detailed below.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • Regular Shipping – $10 AUD flat rate; estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping – $15 AUD flat rate; estimated delivery: 1–4 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping is available to select countries. Estimated delivery: 6–27 business days, including processing and production time.

Please note:

  • International shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs, local postal services, or events beyond our control.

  • We cannot be held responsible for additional customs duties or import tariffs charged by your country.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

  • A tracking number must be provided for all returns. We cannot process a return without proof of shipment.

  • Returns must be initiated by contacting us at hello@ochregoods.com.au to receive instructions.

PRE-ORDERS

  • Pre-order items will have an estimated dispatch date indicated at the time of purchase.

  • You will be notified via email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  • If you purchase pre-order and in-stock items together, all items will be sent together once the pre-order item is ready. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

  • Estimated dispatch dates may vary by up to 14 days due to production, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. If a delay occurs, we will notify you immediately.

  • If a delay exceeds 14 days from the indicated dispatch date, you may choose between a refund or store credit.
