Returns Policy

At Ochre Goods, each piece is thoughtfully made, and we hope you love your order. If you change your mind, we accept returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit.

  • Store credits are valid for 3 years and exclude shipping costs.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

  • Returns apply to online purchases only. 

To arrange a return, please email hello@ochregoods.com.au with your proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns without prior confirmation.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please use tracked postage and keep your receipt, as we cannot issue a credit without receiving the returned goods.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns for items that don’t meet these conditions.

If your credit note hasn’t arrived within 7 days of your parcel being delivered back to us, please check your email spam folder, or get in touch so we can follow it up for you.


Sale Items

All sale purchases are final. We are unable to offer returns or credits on discounted items.


Faulty Items

Every piece is carefully checked before it leaves our studio, but if you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please email hello@ochregoods.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, details of the fault, and a photo.

We’ll gladly replace the item free of charge or offer a full refund if a replacement is not available.
